Operations Hero Intern (Convertible)

Day to day activities will include: Responsible for merchant onboarding and execution of merchant training; Responding to merchant enquiries and requirements; Communicate clearly and effectively and maintain great relationships with restaurant partners; Develop standardized reports and analysis for merchant to optimize merchant revenue; Continuous improvement of operational processes.

We are seeking a highly intelligent, creative, keen eye to detail and hands-on Marketing Intern based in Singapore to support its various “go-to-market” strategies.
This position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing tech company. Expect to work directly with the Marketing Lead, and be immersed in the life of a startup, with full autonomy and freedom. Exciting projects you can work towards leading:
- Lead branding and market positioning activities – Through product understanding and customer segmentation, develop ways to improve our branding and market positioning so as to inspire the right target audiences
- Develop and execute strategies – Be heavily involved in executing strategies to drive consumer uptake of our app. Use consumer insights and data to develop campaigns that encourage usage of our app from the target audiences
- Marketing analytics – Monitor and identify relevant trends in marketing as well as conducting competitor analysis. Compile marketing reports to monitor the impact of promotional and incentive activities.
- Graphic design, video and film creation – The creative bits. From designing beautiful collateral, creative gifs to piecing together infographics and videos.
The role is a lot of work, but very rewarding. You will be given a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

DevOps Automation Engineer Intern
Learn and implement AWS cloud architecture best practices as a DevOps Engineer. You will be hands on in setting up cloud applications and services and understand how business and technical requirements translate into these architecture. Furthermore as a DevOps Engineer, you will learn to build development automation pipeline covering environment management, code repository integration, automated testing and automated deployment using Jenkins and AWS CodeDeploy.
Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
Strong interest in building cloud systems and devOps automation
Experience with AWS systems preferred
Experience with automation frameworks/tools using Jenkins
